Data Deletion Status
Use this page to track the status of a data deletion request you submitted to AdSkull, or that was triggered automatically when you removed AdSkull from Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or TikTok. Enter your confirmation code in the URL as ?id=YOUR_CODE.

This page requires a confirmation code. Open the link provided in your deletion confirmation email, or append ?id=YOUR_CODE to the URL. If you have lost your code, contact [email protected] and we will look it up for you.
What happens during deletion
When a deletion request is received, AdSkull immediately revokes your connected OAuth tokens (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), stops all scheduled automations tied to your account, and queues permanent deletion of your personal data, campaign history, AI generations, and cached platform insights. Deletion is typically completed within 30 days. A limited set of records may be retained for billing history, fraud-prevention logs, and legal obligations as required by UAE and international law.
How to request data deletion
You can request deletion in three ways: • In-app: Account Settings → Privacy → "Delete my data" inside your AdSkull dashboard. • Email: write to [email protected] from the email on your account. • Meta-initiated: remove AdSkull in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. Meta will automatically notify us and we will start the deletion process.
