AdSkull, operating the https://adskull.io website ("the Service"), respects your privacy and is committed to complying with the applicable legal requirements in the United States regarding the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data. The United States is our country of residence, and all activities on the Service are subject to the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law.

By using the Service or providing your personal information, you consent to this Privacy Policy, including the use and disclosure of your information as set forth herein. Regulatory bodies or government authorities may request this information for investigation purposes, and we are entitled to provide it based on your consent to this Policy.

Information We Collect

When you register or use the Service to connect your Snapchat Ads or TikTok Ads account, launch ads in bulk, or utilize Smart Rules automation, we may collect: Personal Information (name, email, billing details, account details related to Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads integration), Transaction Information (details related to ad campaigns, automation rules, or services accessed), Technical Information (IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, operating system, visit duration, pages viewed, and your activities on the Service), and Account Details (information you enter while configuring or managing your Snapchat Ads or TikTok Ads account). We also collect behavioral analytics via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel (pixel ID: D6AKL7JC77U3L7SP8K2G) for service improvement, ad performance measurement, and marketing optimization.

Third-Party Services & Tracking

We use Google Analytics to analyze usage patterns and visitor statistics, Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure ad performance, retargeting, and deliver targeted advertisements, TikTok Pixel (pixel ID: D6AKL7JC77U3L7SP8K2G) to measure TikTok ad performance, retargeting, and optimize TikTok campaigns, Snapchat OAuth to securely access and manage your Snapchat Ads accounts, and TikTok OAuth to securely access and manage your TikTok Ads accounts. These third-party services may collect cookies, IP addresses, and usage data. You may opt-out via browser settings or third-party opt-out tools, though this may affect Service functionality and personalization.

Payment Data Protection

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable payment information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or lent to any third parties. The Service processes all payments securely via Stripe and does not pass any credit/debit card details to other third parties. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and industry-standard encryption. However, https://adskull.io cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information disclosed over the internet.

Use of Information

We use your information to: manage your account and process ad campaigns, including payments for recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions; prevent fraud, theft, or scams and protect your account security; connect and manage your Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads accounts via OAuth; facilitate bulk ad launches and Smart Rules automation across Meta, TikTok and Snap; improve our services, including automation tools, performance dashboards, and user experience; send service updates, customer support responses, newsletters, and promotional offers that may interest you (opt-out available); and comply with legal investigations or regulatory requirements under applicable U.S. law.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We use your data exclusively to provide you with the best possible service. We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data when necessary to operate the Service: Snapchat (via OAuth for ad management and campaign processing), TikTok (via OAuth for TikTok Ads management and TikTok Pixel for ad performance measurement and retargeting), Stripe (for secure payment processing), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel (for website analytics, performance measurement, and improving user experience - you can opt-out via browser settings), and legal authorities or regulatory bodies if required by applicable U.S. law. We may send you service-related updates and promotional offers about our own services (opt-out available by contacting [email protected]).

Cookie Policy

The https://adskull.io website uses cookies and IP addresses to improve our services and personalize your experience. These technologies are used to: remember your preferences and settings, generate visitor statistics and usage pattern analysis, collect data such as browser type, IP address, operating system, visit times, and pages viewed, personalize your experience and deliver targeted advertisements via Meta Pixel, and track Google Analytics for performance optimization. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect Service performance. We recommend enabling them for the best experience.

Your Data Rights & Control

You have the right to: access your personal data and request copies, request corrections or updates to inaccurate information, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), export your data in a portable format, opt-out of marketing and newsletter emails by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting [email protected], and revoke Snapchat OAuth and TikTok OAuth access at any time via your account settings. To keep your information accurate, please regularly update your details in account settings.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your data while your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion for legal, regulatory, and backup purposes. We employ industry-standard security measures including: SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, secure AWS cloud infrastructure with restricted employee access, SOC 2 Type II certified security controls and annual audits, regular penetration testing and vulnerability scanning, two-factor authentication (2FA) options, and secure browsing protocols. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

GDPR Compliance (EU Customers)

For customers in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to: access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data; data portability and the right to object to processing; withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing includes: contract performance (providing the Service), consent (marketing communications), and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement). We do not transfer EU data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions). Contact [email protected] to exercise your GDPR rights.

CCPA Compliance (California Customers)

For California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell; request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions); opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal data); and non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights. To submit a CCPA request, email [email protected] with 'CCPA Request' in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days. California residents may designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for Agencies

Agency and enterprise customers managing client data can request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that outlines our responsibilities as a data processor. The DPA includes: data processing instructions and limitations, security measures and sub-processor disclosure, data breach notification procedures, and assistance with data subject requests. To request a DPA, contact [email protected] with your company details and compliance requirements. DPAs are available for Pro and Elite plan customers managing client advertising accounts.

Meta Platform Integration (Facebook & Instagram)

AdSkull integrates with the Meta Marketing API (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Business Suite) to let you manage your Meta advertising accounts from our dashboard. When you connect your Meta account via OAuth, we request the following permissions: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, and instagram_basic. We collect and store: your Meta user ID and name, the list of ad accounts and Business Manager IDs you authorize, campaign / ad set / ad metadata, advertising insights (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, ROAS), connected Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts, and a long-lived access token (valid ~60 days, automatically refreshed). We do NOT post content to your Facebook or Instagram profiles without your explicit action, do NOT access your personal timeline or private messages, and do NOT sell or share Meta data with third parties. AdSkull's use of information received from Meta APIs strictly adheres to the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms), the Meta Developer Policies (https://developers.facebook.com/devpolicy), and the Meta Advertising Standards. You can revoke AdSkull's access at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or by disconnecting the integration inside your AdSkull dashboard. Revocation immediately stops all API calls and triggers deletion of your Meta credentials and cached data within 30 days.

Data Deletion Requests (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok)

You have the right to request deletion of the data we hold about you at any time. You can delete your data in three ways: (1) In-app: open Account Settings → Privacy → 'Delete my data' inside AdSkull. (2) Email: send a deletion request to [email protected] from the email address on your account. (3) Meta-initiated: when you remove AdSkull from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, Meta automatically sends us a signed data-deletion callback and we immediately queue deletion of all Meta-related data for your user. In all cases we issue a confirmation code and a status URL: https://adskull.io/data-deletion-status?id=YOUR_CODE. You can use this page to track the status of your request (Pending, Completed, Failed). We complete deletion within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records (billing history, fraud-prevention logs, legal holds) for the periods required by applicable U.S. and international law. Deletion is irreversible; once completed, campaign history, AI generations, and connected ad-account data cannot be restored.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We regularly update the Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, customer needs, or new technologies. We advise you to periodically review this page for updates. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Unsubscribe & Marketing Preferences

If you wish to stop receiving marketing or newsletter emails, you can follow the unsubscribe instructions in any email sent to you or contact us at [email protected]. You can also set preferences in your account to receive only specific offers. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent: use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, access to your information for legal or regulatory purposes, or contacting you via email for service purposes (such as campaign processing or responding to inquiries).

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Service's Terms and Conditions. Your agreement to the Terms and Conditions means your agreement to this Policy.
