The United States is our country of residence, and this Service is subject to U.S. laws. Any subscription, dispute, or claim arising from or related to this Service will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. The AdSkull Service is designed to assist users in connecting their Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads accounts, launching ads in bulk at scale, automating campaign optimization with Smart Rules, and managing multiple ad accounts efficiently.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, which govern your access to and use of the Service, including all content, features, and functionalities available. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms before use.

Service Description

AdSkull is a software-as-a-service platform that provides: (1) AI Studio - generates user-generated content ads using AI from product links, operating on a separate AI credits system; (2) Meta, TikTok & Snap Automation - bulk ad launching on Meta, TikTok and Snap at scale, Smart Rules automation for campaign optimization, direct Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads account integration via OAuth, multi-account management for agencies, performance analytics dashboards and reporting, and automated workflows for high-volume advertising. We offer subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) for Meta, TikTok and Snap automation features, and separately sell AI credits for AI Studio generation. We strive to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without prior notice.

Subscription & Payment Terms

AdSkull operates on a paid subscription basis with automatic recurring billing (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you select). All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other internationally supported cards) processed securely via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the transaction. Continued failure to update a valid payment method may result in suspension or termination of your account. We do not process payments or provide services to individuals or entities located in countries subject to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions or other applicable international sanctions.

No Refunds Policy

Because you receive immediate access to the full Service (including bulk ad launching, Smart Rules automation, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads integrations, multi-account management, and all plan features) upon payment, AdSkull does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: partial-month or partial-year usage, unused features or unused account time, charges after automatic renewal, or change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service. Additionally, our AI Studio (which generates UGC ads using AI from product links) operates on an AI credits system that is separate from paid subscription plans. AI credits are consumed upon generation and are NOT refundable under any circumstances. By subscribing or purchasing AI credits, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy, which applies to all plans (Starter, Pro, Elite, or any future plans) and all AI credit purchases.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund, partial or otherwise.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You bear full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]. You agree to: comply with Snapchat Ads policies and all applicable advertising laws, provide accurate account and billing information, not abuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access, pay all subscription fees on time, and ensure your ad content complies with legal requirements. You are solely responsible for your advertising content and compliance with Snapchat's policies.

Ad Platform Integrations & OAuth (Meta, TikTok & Snap)

AdSkull uses Snapchat OAuth and TikTok OAuth to securely access and manage your ad accounts. By connecting your Snapchat or TikTok account, you authorize us to: access your ad account data, launch and manage ad campaigns on your behalf, retrieve performance analytics, and make changes as instructed through the Service. For TikTok, we additionally use TikTok Pixel (pixel ID: D6AKL7JC77U3L7SP8K2G) to measure ad performance and enable retargeting. You can revoke OAuth access at any time via your Snapchat or TikTok account settings, or within AdSkull. We are not responsible for Snapchat or TikTok policy changes, ad rejections, account restrictions, or any actions taken by Snapchat or TikTok regarding your ad account.

Meta Platform Integration & Compliance (Facebook & Instagram)

AdSkull also integrates with the Meta Marketing API so you can manage Facebook and Instagram advertising from our dashboard. By connecting a Meta account, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are the legitimate owner or an authorized user of each Meta ad account, Facebook Page, Business Manager, and Instagram business account you connect; (2) you will comply with the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms), the Meta Developer Policies (https://developers.facebook.com/devpolicy), the Meta Advertising Standards, and all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where your ads run; (3) you are solely responsible for the content, targeting, landing pages, claims, and compliance of every ad you launch through AdSkull, including disclosures, disclaimers, intellectual property, and consumer-protection requirements; (4) you will not use AdSkull to run prohibited content, cloak landing pages, impersonate Meta or its partners, or evade Meta's review, rate limits, or enforcement systems. You agree to indemnify and hold AdSkull harmless for any ad-account restriction, disabled Business Manager, chargeback, fine, or third-party claim arising from your violation of Meta policies. If Meta revokes, suspends, or restricts AdSkull's app, we may temporarily or permanently suspend Meta-related features without refund. You can revoke access at any time in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations or inside AdSkull.

Intellectual Property

All features, content, designs, code, and trademarks of AdSkull are our exclusive property or the property of our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own Snapchat advertising needs only. Any unauthorized use, copying, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Snapchat, TikTok, Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms of service, or any actions they take. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdSkull disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for: any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; Snapchat ad rejections, policy violations, or account restrictions; lost revenue, profits, or business opportunities; service interruptions, errors, or data loss; automation rule performance or campaign outcomes; or third-party actions or failures (Snapchat, Stripe, etc.). Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid to AdSkull in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. The Service may experience downtime due to: scheduled or emergency maintenance, software updates or upgrades, third-party API issues (Snapchat, Stripe, etc.), infrastructure failures, or security incidents. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Termination Rights

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or payment disputes, abusive behavior or platform misuse, non-payment of subscription fees, or violation of applicable laws or Snapchat policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

Affiliate Program

AdSkull offers an affiliate program that pays 30% recurring commission on subscription plan revenue (Starter, Pro, Elite plans) for the lifetime of referred customers. Commissions are paid monthly on active subscriptions only. Important: Affiliate commissions apply ONLY to subscription plan fees and do NOT apply to AI credits purchases. AI credits are sold separately and are excluded from affiliate commission calculations. Affiliates receive a unique tracking link with 30-day cookie tracking. Commission payments are processed monthly via our payment provider. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or violation of program terms may result in commission forfeiture and account termination. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
